Tsavorite Garnet Do you like green? Oscar Heyman built this for me many years ago for a fine Tsavorite Garnet that I had. The center stone was 2.66cts surrounded by white oval diamonds and•round brilliant natural color yellow diamonds. The piece was made of 18kt yellow gold and platinum. My wife wore this once to a party and a client came in to describe it to me. I told her she was in luck, as I had the very piece in the store. I showed it to her and she told me that it was very similar, but not quite what she wanted. She never would believe that it was my wife who she had seen, and that this was the same piece. Our eyes really do play tricks on us sometimes! All the same, I got to enjoy this for almost another year before it was sold. I still miss it! Back | Home | Next
